Micronta pocket digital multimeter This neat little instrument was marketed by the Tandy Corporation {Radio Shack in USA] and was purchased new in one of the Tandy UK stores in the mid 1980's. I recall that it cost in the region of £ 19. It is powered by two button cells. It has a 3 1/2-digit LCD with a maximum indication of 1999 and has an input impedance of 10 Megohms. The meter together with the instruction booklet was originally housed in a small plastic wallet which has since fallen apart. It is very convenient to use, the test leads are permanently connected so cannot get mislaid but as it has no auto power cut off I kept running the batteries down.
